Worst experience ever! They offer free shipping for orders over certain amount but it doesn't include every country, and they don't specify that anywhere. Orders takes more than a month to arrive. You have to be following it up. Customer Service is so bad that you ask one thing and they answer another. My order was incomplete and they didn't send me the items or refunded me; they insist they sent them even when I have a video opening the package.
Tried on a dress we bought and found it to be too small. Contacted ChicMe about an exchange, not a refund. They couldn't and wouldn't exchange, but was going to offer us a very small discount on our next purchase. So, no, we won't be buying from them again. It was almost insulting.
