I'm not usually a review writer, but just thought this warranted one. We purchased pants for a production, so we ordered about 20 pairs. One set was fine and looked great on stage. The other set smelled like fish/formadehyde. They were a tan vinyl looking pant. They were absolutely unwearable. I told customer service of the problem knowing that this product was something they never should have sent out in the first place and they would say, "It's our policy that the customer is responsible for payment for return shipping." I again said, "These are not a quality that anyone would wear. I think Chic Me should pay for shipping." Once again, Chic Me responded, "It's our policy that the customer pays for return shipping." Once it was shipped back, they told me they couldn't process the return b/c the box weighed different than the shipping label said (you had to take a pic of the shipping label and send that to them) and it just seemed odd how much work it took on the customer's side to get the return to actually go thru. It finally did go thru, but I did have to pay return shipping. Will not shop here again.

I was not happy with the top, due to the tops run a size or two size smaller.

Tardaron un poco en llegar los productos que solicite, pero llegaron y estuvieron en contacto conmigo todo el tiempo, eso me parece muy bien, el problema que yo veo, es que la calidad de los productos no es nada parecido al que aparece en las fotos de la app, tristemente me decepcionaron.
