This was my first time using chic me. The item I was sent took ages to come and when it arrived it was huge, and I mean huge. The cost of return would have been rediculous so I'm the end I was issued with a 50% refund but it still

Ordered before Christmas for a holiday in January. Never arrived so I tried to cancel order but was never refunded. Finally turns up in March but is now too big as I've been cutting. Fortunately for ChicMe, I like it so much I want to order the smaller size. In summary, product is good but delivery/customer service communication was rubbish.

Is my 1st time shoping at Chicme hopefully I get what I want.
It took more than a month to receive my order
But is worth it.
The delivery took awhile to get here,but the items were well worth it

Very happy with the top. Great to wear for a night out or for a meal out with friends. Very flattering.
The delivery was nearly a month, which I didn't obviously read. 2 out of the 3 items were lovely. However the one which is of poor quality, I wish to return and haven't had a response to be able to do so.
No updates for weeks. Customer services were difficult to get some understood answers to questions. Only seemed to get anywhere once requested refund.

The shirt I bought was not even close to what was advertised. It was cheap and the design wasn't even the same. I bought some jeans as well and they were the same as the picture either.

Great purchase, very happy, delivery time longer than expected but worth the wait.
Ordered 2 items, took approx 6 weeks to arrive. No communication at all I had to chase.
They arrived one was ok a dress didn't fit. Problems trying to return they came back offering 50% off and I didn't need to return. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit. Despite me asking numerous times to return I just kept being offered a discount. Eventually they accepted but charged me £5 postage for a small parcel posted to an English address

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
