Good working site. NIce clothes.Delvery slow because an item was out of stock and I didn't know until I queried where the offer was. It would be better to have quick notifications of out of stock lines. Once despatched delivery was less than a week, which I thought was good.

The shoes came on time before Christmas but it was a Christmas present for a friend out of the states in London. I got the shoes before Christmas but my London trip was scheduled in January so I was planning to hand deliver the shoes to my friend instead of ship them to save money. When I brought them to London they were too small so I had to wait another week and a half to reach out to the customer service people in order to ship them back. But when I got back they responded with, "we can't help you because it's been over 14days". So I'm selling them over other sources online since chicme basically is useless on returns.
Unhappy and disappointed. Got it very later almost after a month I ordered and the quality is not good.

I bought these two shirts for New Year's and thought they were sparkly. Instead, they are T-shirt material with dots and cheetah print.
The process was relatively easy after you hunt through numerous options, styles, sizes, and such. My order came very quickly!

Purchased several nice long-sleeve shirts on Nov 27,2022. First issue, no update for a month on shipping. After contacting, it finally shipped. A month later, finally received. Disappointed. The shirts were a dull print that looked nothing like the description image, one shirt was so small it could only fit a child, another shirt was poorly sewn and didn't sit right. (All shirts were medium size). Contacted CS about the issue requesting to return most if the order due to the product misrepresentation, poor quality sewing, and wrong size sent and their response (repeatedly) was "keep the product and we'll refund you 10% of purchase price" (approx. $8.21. Equaling a loss of $73.97 for me). Poor quality, false advertisement of product, and terrible customer service (acceptance of fault). I was very excited about this order and wish this had not been the outcome. I repeatedly stated I want to return the faulty product for a full refund, but they refuse. That is poor/bad business/customer service. Other buyers beware doing business with Chic Me. (Attached sample pictures of what was advertised from my order confirmation versus actual product received)

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
