I have bought from this company several times. My last purchase was lost and the company refuses to refund me the money back making every excuse possible saying that the package would be delivered. Well its been 2 months no package and still refuses to refund me. Thankfully bank got my refund back. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

It took way too long for the items to come and the pants are not real leather false advertisement in my opinion

This review is not in regards to the quality of the products but it's about the horrible service. I purchase from overseas all the time and most times if delayed, I receive it within 2 weeks. I am a first time shopper on this site and base on the fact that it took over a month (6 weeks) before receiving my items I will not shop on that site again. Thank you

Like many online providers nowadays, they are very quick to sell you their products. Their website states that returns are easy and efficient when in reality THEY LIE!

I have tried to contact them to return one pair of trousers for a full refund (I bought 2 sizes to make comparisons, never meaning to keep both pairs) but despite having raised a return I have heard NOTHING.

And, surprise, surprise, there is NO telephone number enabling customers to actually speak to someone.

Buy at your own peril!

Poor quality of clothes. They do not match the reality from the photos. Delay in delivery. I do not recommend!

Placed one order - they broke it up into two shipments. I've received the first one (3 weeks later) and still haven't received the second one (been 5 weeks).

The shopping experience was good, just long wait time for product, but worth the wait!
