Order product 11/20/2022. Didn't receive product till early February. They struggled explaining and/or detailing why delays. Went to return and was 2 days past their 14 day return policy and wouldn't make an exception. I have order over $600 worth of product over the years, but will never use this site again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
