Took a long time to receive the items. Once I inquired as to where the package was (after about 3 weeks from ordering), I received notification shortly after that it had shipped. Also, one piece was extremely confusing as to how to put it on; wish some instructions came with how the straps go or the front vs.the back.

Quality & look of items are Hit & Miss. Cust Svc not very helpful with returns. Force you to lose money by saying it's too expensive to return. Don't off very good refund or partial refunds and you're stuck with unless items.

It took too long to receive any of the items. I bought some of these items to take overseas with me and they didn't arrive in time. Almost a month and a half is too long to receive goods. I will be thinking twice about purchasing from your website again
