The things took so long to come and then it was rubbish
Unable to return my items. I tried the website and still not able to get a response or return label. I'm now stick with all these items

Furthermore once you receive your items and they don't fit Chicme bargains back and forth with you to keep the items and offers a measly 10% discount for items you don't have any use for! What I ordered was too big, I tried to exchange it for a smaller size but they would not let me. Very disappointing
I did not receive my package because although I put the correct address in, they still sent it to an old address in another state. I've gone back and forth trying to get help for 2 weeks on a daily basis and NO ONE will help me. I also put insurance on my package yet your company still refuses to refund me or resend the package to my correct address. They're a rip off in that nature. Don't buy from them unless you're comfortable with knowing you could lose out on your money.

What they don't tell you is that they will not accept returns and trying to exchange for another item(reluctantly - since I cannot be refunded to my original form of payment) Is a nightmare! Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
