Disappointed

I had two orders, Did not receive other order. It takes too long for their orders to go thru customs
And they dont give full refund only partial which does not help customer because if you're not satisfied or order is not what expected they should pay for return refund in full or exchange product instead of customer having to buy again.

The items are not shipped within the timeframe on the website and when they are finally shipped it takes forever to receive your order. Furthermore once you receive your items and they don't fit Chicme bargains back and forth with you to keep the items and offers a measly 10% discount for items you don't have any use for! Buyer Beware

I didn't receive my package

I did not receive my package because although I put the correct address in, they still sent it to an old address in another state. I've gone back and forth trying to get help for 2 weeks on a daily basis and NO ONE will help me. I also put insurance on my package yet your company still refuses to refund me or resend the package to my correct address. They're a rip off in that nature. Don't buy from them unless you're comfortable with knowing you could lose out on your money.

I will not order from this website again! I do 90% of my shopping on line. This was my first time ordering from ChicMe. What they don't tell you is that they will not accept returns and trying to exchange for another item(reluctantly - since I cannot be refunded to my original form of payment) Is a nightmare! I am still waiting for approval to exchange my order for other items. Lesson learned. Never again
