The things took so long to come and then it was rubbish

Unable to return my items. I tried the website and still not able to get a response or return label. I'm now stick with all these items

I had two orders, Did not receive other order. It takes too long for their orders to go thru customs
And they dont give full refund only partial which does not help customer because if you're not satisfied or order is not what expected they should pay for return refund in full or exchange product instead of customer having to buy again.

I cancelled my order after not receiving it for over a month.
Staff very rude!

I never received my item and was only offered 10% compensation after waiting almost 2 months for my item.

I bought 7 outfits what supposed to have been a plus size 2XL but was not. Therefore, I was not happy nor pleased. The items was not true too size. But thank you for the free earrings.

First product I ordered was the full length checkered pattern sweaters they were beautiful and fit great! The rest has been gross not fitting and not as good as the ones ouctured

The items are not shipped within the timeframe on the website and when they are finally shipped it takes forever to receive your order. Furthermore once you receive your items and they don't fit Chicme bargains back and forth with you to keep the items and offers a measly 10% discount for items you don't have any use for! Buyer Beware

Will never shop again with chicme again impossible to receive items in a timely manner and horrible service to return anything

The shopping experience was easy. The website was easy to navigate through. Shipping time could be a little better, but I can't really complain.

The product was beautiful as it appears online. The fit is absolutely lovely

I will be ordering again because although the delivery took a couple of weeks, it was well worth that wait!

What I ordered was too big, I tried to exchange it for a smaller size but they would not let me. Very disappointing

I did not receive my package because although I put the correct address in, they still sent it to an old address in another state. I've gone back and forth trying to get help for 2 weeks on a daily basis and NO ONE will help me. I also put insurance on my package yet your company still refuses to refund me or resend the package to my correct address. They're a rip off in that nature. Don't buy from them unless you're comfortable with knowing you could lose out on your money.

I will not order from this website again! I do 90% of my shopping on line. This was my first time ordering from ChicMe. What they don't tell you is that they will not accept returns and trying to exchange for another item(reluctantly - since I cannot be refunded to my original form of payment) Is a nightmare! I am still waiting for approval to exchange my order for other items. Lesson learned. Never again
