I don't understand why it takes almost a month to receive my purchases. I brought this to wear for my birthday sadly I did not receive it in time and my birthday was 20 days after the purchase date.

Ordered on the 3rd of March and took until April 7th to receive the package, 5 weeks for the shoes. Customer service answered 1 time and were crickets after until I received the package. At that time ChicMe wants to know immediately if the package has arrived and wants a review. Slow shipping and bad service, first and only time buying from them.
