Out of the 5 products I ordered I'd probably only wear one. The pictured items are very different to the items received
We ordered some dresses to take on holiday. They took so long to arrive, much longer than stated when we ordered, that we had to purchase items from another more reliable retailer.
The Chicme items arrived just before we left for our holiday but all of them were horrible, cheap nasty clothes which we will attempt to return when we get home from holiday.

One pair of sandals was too short and tight and the other was too large and loose. They were suppose to be size 8. I will not order from chime again

This item was ordered well in time for St Patrick Days but arrived far too late No indication of delivery date was given when order was placed
I received my items and although being happy with the quality, the fit is not right (even though I ordered to their size chart) and requested a refund on some items and an exchange on others. I have been getting the run around since. On their return policy they state they offer full refunds if you're not happy with items received, yet they are suggesting I keep the items and offered me a 10% refund (I refused), then 30% refund (I refused) and now 50% refund which, of course, I'm refusing because of what their policy states. I have been told by a staff member that the return process is "cumbersome". It's cumbersome because they are unnecessarily making it cumbersome! It really should be a simple process and they should honour their return policy! I have not had this same experience with other online clothing retailers.
I didn't receive my items until a week after St. Patrick's day.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
