Pictures are really good, this is my first order. The only disappointment was that 1 item was out of stock. Chic Me did not contact me to let me know. I kept checking the status of my order. My order sat for 16 days as "waiting for packaging" without contact with me. I then sent an e-mail. Although Chic Me responses were quick, my questions weren't answered.

Have purchased items several times in the past. This particular instance, items did not arrive. Customer service was of little assistance.
Tracking information provided was bogus, actual delivery was over a week later than the claimed delivery date. ChicMe knew that the package was late, as they sent an inquiry asking if the package had yet been received the day before the actual delivery. Now we have a fight over an exchange for the correct size, as the sizing chart did not match the dress, and a smaller size is needed.

I'll never waste my money again! I've been waiting for a full refund since 16th or March 2023! Today is 9th April, the customer service is awful. They take too long to reply back then they have the cheeky to blame the customer when it's clear as day who's at fault.
Would not allow me to use Afterpay but Klarna when I really wanted to use Aterpay. This sucks, if I wasn't ordering to match for our girls trip I would have cancelled altogether.
