I loved shopping on your website because it had a lot of beautiful clothing and items that I wanted to purchase, but when I paid for my order all of sudden I received a message that my order was cancelled and I was getting a refund. Then I tried to contact someone and one of your customer service reps (unprofessionally) said that I said of used PayPal and identify myself…. I never had to identify my self on any other clothing websites, I was able to purchase what I ordered and everything was fine…. Everyone doesn't use PayPal but the way she said it was very rude…. I understand about theft and people using other peoples cards to make transactions but I'm the one using my card to purchase so it shouldn't have been any problems, but u lost a customer.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
