I'm trying to return a few items, mostly exchange for another size & these CSR are making it hard for me to do what I need to do. This makes me want to never shop with the company again & tell my family & friends not to shop with this company.

Everything looks great! It seemed be take longer and most order (Shein Amazon) but was worth the wait. I love everything-true to size and great material.

Most of the clothing I've ordered we have been very happy with. However when ordered from overseas, online etc., when an item doesn't fit or look right a return is necessary. There is no onsite store to physically try things on. Your return policy is ridiculous. Pennies on the dollar and not accepting returns makes it impossible to wish to continue ordering from this company

I ordered from this company about a few years back, and received by product which was to small. I was told to send back the Tops back for an exchange, which I did. They claimed they never got it with all the tracking I provided them with. And now again I'm having a similar situation and there nothing they can do about it. Enjoy the money y'all made off of me, because I will never order from you again. And anyone that ask me, I will advise them not to. I wasn't asking for money back, I was just asking for to exchange for a different size.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
