I loved one product except it came with the strap sewn twisted and that bugs me when I wear it. One item was sold out and I got refunded. One fit well but the color was a bit different than expected. The jewelry was cheap looking.
Both dresses I bought I'll NEVER wear. One looks totally different, the other you can't even walk in it's so tight around the bottom of your legs. Super disappointed

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
