The dress advertised in the picture doesn't have many buttons. But what I received was a shirt dress with a-lot of buttons. But it is still cute.

Over all pleased. Communication very good. Size on most was true to size. Washes up nicely.

Simple order process online sadly one of the items was out of stock once the order had been submitted. Informed by email and offered an option for a refund or to order something else. Refund was made within a few days and other item arrived about 2 weeks later. Delivery could be quicker but it did say on the website so not really a drama but don't expect next day delivery if you want your items quickly.

Not happy they to small to exchange so difficult not shopping anymore

I have been going back and forth for days trying to return these items that didn't fit.I am being offered discounts to keep them instead of just a simple return. Why would I keep items that don't fit?

It took a long time to get here but that's cause it came from china so I expected that. The quality was subpar however. The clothes are super cute but I'm still trying to figure out ways to make them work. Not very happy with this and I don't think I'll be making another purchase from chicme.

Not well put together the items run small it took a long time between ordering and receiving merchandise

I ordered four items online and received three.
The two tops were poor quality fabric and very thin. They were DULL, not like the ones advertised.
The ear climber is big, probably wouldn't fit a normal size ear and is very heavy.
Would never order from them again.

A waste of money, took forever to get. If it wasn't for my 13 yr old being able to where it I would have sent it back
