Ordered dress in 2 sizes, planning to return one. Didn"t look like picture and cheap fabric. Asked to return both and get return label (through their confusiing "TICKET process!) Responded that I could keep the dresses and offered me a 10% refund to avoid "return shipping" cost. $4.00 refund for a $40.00 "unstaisfactory" order?! How much could this "return shipping" be to justify a 10% refund? Didn't even take items out of package. Deserve a full refund. I'm losing money for having chosen to order through this site! Plus the 3 days I have spent messaging back and forth through these TICKET submissions.

Good communication but shipping charges are high probably due to the fact it's from China and tookn3 weeks to receive.
Good alternative for shopping. I had bad experience with shipment before but, they seem to correct the issue and I received all items pretty fast. VERY SATISFIED.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
