Took forever to get the order. I almost gave up, the advert stated 7-14 days and I had to wait almost a whole month.

Awful to return item, support was "very lack of!" When looking for returned address it took me ages (hours on Facebook) as there is no information on within the package received with returns orders. Had to email them (still emailing them!) to get to the bottom of the item I have returned!

Quick and easy to order and updates on arrival on the tracking system will be ordering again soon

Not accepting returns is a deal breaker for me. I have never ordered from a reputable company that wouldn't accept a return for a full refund

The clothes are nice but I got nervous a few times because it took so long. I like a lot of items that I see on the site but I probably won't order anything because it takes so long to get here.

I contacted to return my item because it didn't fit and I used the sizing guide. The agent offered me a discount to keep it, but as it didn't fit, I said no to this offer. I was then charged for returning this item. Absolutely poor service. The agent was rude and unhelpful in the chat, and when I asked for a manager, she wouldn't arrange that. I'm disgusted with this company..

The dress is exactly like I purchased and saw. Easy to order and it came in the time frame given. Tracking order was easy as well.

Once I got my size correct, I was able to shop with ease.

Cute clothes some fit well others not so much. The pants fit well on one outfit but the top was too small.

The top is very thin and see through, you have to wear something underneath. Strips at biceps are snug.
