Products are from places like Allie express at a higher price. I don't appreciate the process of customer service. Everything took too long between communication and getting a response as to why my product nearly took a month to receive.
You should include a free return shipping. It is very expensive to return items to China that are the wrong size and then pay shipping again for new ones.

The fashion on ChicMe is awesome. Overall I looked my merchandise. I was a little skeptical because my order was super delayed. My only concern was learning that maybe ordering weeks in advance. But would love if the service part was much more done in a timely manner. Other than that, Im just happy in the end because I received everything and nothing was missing. I got my moneys worth, so Im glad of that. May possibly order in the future now that I may know a way to order and receive my merchandise in a timely fashion. Timing is everything for me!
