The site is very easy to navigate. My experience with shipping was horrible, my items came months after my trip. When I requested a refund, they wanted me to wait it out! As if I haven't already. They were good at communicating back and forth and in a very timely manner. The items are of very good quality. I just wish they would deliver faster! I filed complaint my 145 dollar order never received filed complaint with Post Office and Chic Me asked for proof of delivery Chic Me didn't provide me and told me there is nothing they can do. Not even half refund OR CREDIT. DONT ORDER From CHIC ME. I soo upset about this I continue to email to see if they can at least help to find out if the delivery service can show proof of delivery but CHic Me just continues to email back NO Refund… BEWARE … I lost 145 dollars worth of clothes
3 outfits I purchased were very cheap looking! Clothes were at least 2 sizes off! The company won't let you return the first purchase free which is a deal breaker because you can't even get a feel for their sizing! I won't be purchasing from them again!
Sizing seems off. Ordered XL for both. Shape wear was too small and the top too big.
The items to a while to arrive. I was skeptical at first but still placed the order. When they finally arrived I was very pleased with the quality, color, etc,! Great product! Fits true to size. Cant wait to wear them!
