I contacted customer service because my order never arrived. Was told it was delivered. Delivered where? I never got it. Never heard back from them.

Very disappointed with my outfit no returns form lost out on exchange

I was very disappointed with the shopping experience! It's been over 5 weeks and so still have not received my order although I received an email confirmation that my order has arrived.

I purchased on this app for first time a few days a go,I order few things, because fashions are really good,but for my surprise I'm not read the return police,
So be careful,because some of my orders doesn't fit me,and when I contact with customer service,they don't accept returns,and my refund was just 20%,when I spend more than 80 dollars,so I decided make 3stars, because I'm not really happy I feel like I wasted my money,
So now I'm not recomed this website, read first the retun policy before checkout, im not gonna paid extra money to return

The Material used is uncomfortable, it's hot and doesn't breath. I would have preferred a cotton/poly blend. I did not pay attention to the material when ordered, my fault. Will not order anything else unless the material is changed.

Everything is beautiful but the material isn't the best.

I love all your products but they take so long from ordering to sending they come by plane so I don't understand why the long wait and odd things have not come at all but they good value and not worth getting refund but I will continue to order your products love them and good price.

Returned and they didn't return my money, back and forth for weeks

Was a little worried to begin with as I've never shopped with this company and thought maybe their clothes would be to small or very cheap looking… how very wrong I was absolutely made up with everything I received, great sizes and excellent quality. Will definitely be shopping here again and would recommend.

Always great service and products just very disappointed with jeans bat fabric bad cut bad fit but everything else I have purchased before these have been fantastic thankyou will continue to shop with you

Hi, I started the process to return the order when I received it… and, they were answering only once in a while and now, they refuse to refund as the 14 days is past! This is the worst service I got in my life… soooo disappointed! This is the most horrible experience of online buying…

Not able to return - makes shopping difficult- colors not close

These are nice. None are true to size. I ordered up in everything. Even some were still too small.

Was very difficult to ask for return info, just kept offering me percentage.
