The shoes were nice my only complaint is that it takes so long to receive your order
Some of my items did not fit either too small or too big, also as I wanted to return the items, I was told there was a shipping fee and that (I) the customer is responsible for. Also I was told I could keep that items that I wanted to return for a 10% refund however a 10% of 100 that I spent was only $3.10 even more unacceptable. So not a happy customer No I don't ever plan on purchasing not one item from this company and I will pass this along to my peers! Also not to mention I received my stuff almost 3 weeks later!

Not great at all, products are very cheap and not Madewell at all. The material is horrible. Most of the year clothing does not fit to size either.
Wasn't very happy with the return policy. I wanted a full refund on my item but had to put up with back & forward e mails. Eventually when I returned the outfit I was charged £9 for postage, when I was told it would be about £5. I certainly won't be buying fro here again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
