I placed an order in March 2023. It took so long to get the order that I forgot I placed it. I got it May 3rd. Some how the delivery service said order was delivered in April, not true. I tried to return the entire order because EVERYTHING was of very poor quality! Customer service was not helpful at all. Didn't ask any questions or try to resolve issue. Only stated that it had been beyond 14 day grace period of returning items. I didn't receive order until May 3rd and requested to return on 4 May. Not sure what's going on with deceivers service. Better off ordering it from Shein….it appears to be the same poor quality clothing. Shein had better customer service and delivery!

It took 3 weeks before my package was delivered. It was 2 weeks before it has even shipped. Because of the timing I will not be ordering again.
I ordered a dress thinking I would wear at a wedding. It took 2.5 weeks to get delivered before the order was shipped I requested it to be canceled they asked why what I want it I cancel my order by time I responded to the message which it took them 24 hours they claim the order had been shipped already and they couldn't cancel red flag. Fast forward the dress quality was terrible I ordered the same one but better from amazon and the zipper was broken. I had to send a message every day to get a refund they offer me 10 percent of my money back plus a 5 dollar off coupon. I'm like no! I'm never ordering from here again. I had to message multiple times at-least 20, then they finally gave me the address to return the defective dress and I had to pay to get it shipped back.still waiting to n my refund don't waste your time with this company total joke!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
