One shirt fits perfect. Another one of the same size is at least two sizes too small.

I placed an order for a trip. I placed the order 6 weeks before the trip. 4 and a half weeks later the order was still being processed. Upset I chatted with Aimee. I told her I need the items before the trip or I would cancel. She offered me 200 points to keep the order. Now I knew I wasn't receiving on time. I canceled the order. I am so upset because I really wanted to try this company and now I will never know how they truly are and I like the way the clothes look

Horrible customer service experience this company is not understand with any situation you may have they don't care if this was a gift for someone and you didn't have enough time to return back for an exchange not even a refund! Don't buy from here if your life is busy!

Normally clothes stores online offer refunds, and I read over Chicme's policy before purchasing and was led to believe they did as well. The clothing came in and half were so terrible I didn't even want to put them on. I tried to return the outfits, but they offered me 8$ in SHOPPING BUCKS, or 20 percent refund… like Uhm no. After long negotiation they only gave me 50% of my money back, and allowed me to keep the clothes. Thanks for the dishrags because that's all they will be used for.

It took almost 2 months to receive my product. I had to cancel one product because it wouldn't be in stock for another month. The product I did receive was cheaply made. The customer service department was great.

I will never order from here again.The dresses is nothing like the pictures and took over a month to get delivered
