It took longer then I wanted however over all I'm happy
I was extremely happy with the majority of my delivery even though I did wait a bit longer than expected for delivery. There was 1 item that held whole order up and I wasn't notified of this so items didn't arrive on time for my holiday.
Once I'd enquired with Customer Service about delivery they were very quick on actioning my query and subsequently splitting my order for me.

Then a month to received items. Outfits are cute but they shouldn't advertise the suit only what you are sending to the customer. I thought I was getting outfits for work and I still need to get a suit because it don't come with it!
I loved the product and it was not a replica of what I ordered. The only negative thing I would say is it took longer than expected to receive, but overall I love everything I ordered and will be purchasing more items.
The dress was damaged and when I made my timely request it was ignored. Then now they are saying no return, exchange or refund. They also refuse two other return orders that were to small and I do not like. Poor quality and the customer service sucks. They only respond to emails and you have to translate to get an understanding.

I believe this was my first time ordering with ChicMe. The order was received in a reasonable amount of time. The quality was a little less than I expected but overall it's good. I ordered a 9.5. The fit was good and looks great on my feet. I'm looking forward to ordering more in the future.
I ordered on April 4 but did not receive my order until May. My order was being held because one of my items was out of stock. Instead of alerting me and asking if I wanted the order shipped without it, they just held it. Getting in touch with customer service was hard also. I won't stop with them again
So Many questions and information that we as a customer provided, and you guys didn't manage to keep it in your records. Merchandise took to long to arrived.
I'm not sure if I would shop here again, most of the clothes are made of cheap material and the shipping is too long.
I purchased multiple items from ChicMe and I was excited to receive my products but I only received a bra despite the fact that I spent over 100 dollars. I contacted customer services and they were very unhelpful and they insisted that I received my products and then offered to give me 10 dollars of in store credit.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
