It was easier to settle on 50% then continue to go back and forth; I only got 25% back with no response where the rest of my money is. The clothes that came smell like chemicals. The pink jumpsuits was very thin. Need it did not look like it did online. Shoes are not well made.
The process is to long this is why I want be ordering anything from here again it's just to long a month to get an order

I ordered 2 shirts. It took almost a month to receive the order despite emailing them several times. When received, one of the shirts were too small. I immediately asked for a return and refund. First, they offered 10% and keep the shirt. I declined reminding them it doesn't fit. Then they offered 30% and keep the shirt. I declined stating I wanted my money back. Then I was told the return period expired May 6th. Despite them emailing me on May 7th the 30% offer. They don't offer a product that is worth the hassle of doing business with them. Save your money and peace of mind by shopping elsewhere.
The delivery is a very long process, but I did receive my order and was able to fit all of them.
I ordered these two outfits one I like and want to keep and the other I don't care for as much and want to return but no one has responded to my return request.

Ordered 2 Sizes, when arrived the bikinis are not as they look in the photo. Very dull looking, I ordered an ankle chain which I didn't receive. And discovered that I can't return the items. So £43 in the bin (literally items are only fit for the bin).
It really too so long to get to me in Germany. I wish it would be delivered faster. Some clothes don't fit me and I have no idea how to return them how long it will take for you to replace my oder or refund. I want to buy more because the clothes are really nice but am worried it will take long time to be delivered.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
