First time to order from Chic Me and none of the items fit me. I've been trying to ask for a refund and all the clothing except the earrings and have not accomplished anything. There is not a phone number to call and speak to anyone.
Nearly everything I ordered was made too small. Most do not fit, I just don't have the energy and funds to return it. Will keep and most likely donate what I can not wear.
I have been trying to get a refund for a few of the items, or at least exchange them for something else…. But all I get is a "Bogus Runaround." After trying for over a month, they now say the time has passed for anything!
I received my outfit quickly and customer service reached out to see if I had gotten my order and if I was satisfied with my purchase.
