I ordered the same shirt twice and the size was wrong both times. Both times the shirt was too small. In US sizes I wear a medium. I ordered the shirt in large the first time and in extra large the second time. And the dress I got is too big. And I didn't know how to return the products
I have ordered several items from Chic Me and never returned any. Reviews r really helpful and sizing is spot on. Luv the current fashions and the sales.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
