Delivery driver took to wrong address even though address was clearly marked on the package. The occupant of that address was sble to call me though because even my phone number was on it anc I was sble to go pick up from them. Chic me is a great company nut the contracted delivery service is not.
The two short sets that I ordered were all bulky and bunched up in the front. Just did not fit the right way at all.
The pants and top are were very nice fitted well and was comfortable
It took almost a month to receive products. Up to now one item is still missing, hasn't arrived yet

I ordered the same shirt twice and the size was wrong both times. Both times the shirt was too small. In US sizes I wear a medium. I ordered the shirt in large the first time and in extra large the second time. And the dress I got is too big. And I didn't know how to return the products
I have ordered several items from Chic Me and never returned any. Reviews r really helpful and sizing is spot on. Luv the current fashions and the sales.
I absolutely love the dress I ordered! It came in a reasonable timeframe and the quality was amazing. I wore it to my sons, rehearsal dinner and got so many compliments!
