I ordered some items from them that was too small. I submitted a ticket to have them returned and exchanged. They refuse to send me the information to return them and will not refund me my money. They offered me 10% back and said I can keep the items. Remind you the items are too small. I was willing to replace them. I will never ever order from them again. They are thieves. Ill stick with amazon.

All the clothes were to big even after reading the reviews and looking at the size chart. Disappointed because none of the item fit and the delivery took longer than expected. I needed a couple of the outfits for an outing and they were delivered way pass the date that I needed the items. It took at least 3 weeks for me to receive and other online retailers have their items delivered within a week or two.
