I spent $60 on 2 pairs of shoes and not only did I not get my package and it was sent back to the sender but they told me they weren't responsible for them not being delivered and offered me a $10 COUPON! The only reason I'm even giving one review is because it won't allow me give no review.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
