Paid for express shipping and still didn't get my clothes on time promised

Delivery took quite a while. I had no problem with ordering or tracking my order

I like the outfit and got many compliments, however; due to the long wait ( over a month) to get my order makes me skeptical of ordering again. I sent several inquiries before I seen the package moving..

All items were as expected. Everything looked like photos online and fit great

A few of the items I wanted to order tan completely out before I could place it. There are quite a few I wanted but not in my size. This is my first order and I need it for a vacation. The items finally arrived about 2 days before I was slated to leave. I did not have time to do any returns or exchanges. Overall the material of most of the products is great accept the ones that have no stretch. I wish the shirts were longer for someone taller. I would order from this company again but for specific items.

The only way to contact customer service is through email. They completely ignore your return request and not provide informed on how to return items. They offer you 10-15% discount to keep items. Items were too small for me so I am apparently stuck with clothes I can't wear.

Unable to reach anybody on the phone or text very unhappy

Hopefully I can buy the jacket to match this outfit

None of it fit just the swimsuit with the top to it.

I normally wear an XL. I did order an XXL to be safe with ordering out of the country. And the XXL is perfect

They won't send you your refund. They will tell you to keep the items and won't send a return label. This was my first and last time ordering from this sorry company. PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Everything I ordered from Chic me was not as advertised. What is being shown to grab your attention is just simply bait! Don't fall for the trick. And since it's coming from China, it takes a while for delivery.

Order was laced on April 8 and I have yet to receive order. Company refuses to refund.

Poor quality. Buckles not seen properly. Overly baggy.
