If you can wait for your order to arrive, you'll be pleased. Took about 6 weeks from overseas to Ohio. Ordered April 9 and arrived May 16th. But, they are somewhat up front with the timeline. Couldn't track shipment until late April. Only negative thing I can say is the slow delivery time. Product, style, sizing and price are all positive.
Almost 5 weeks before delivery, all items delivered were poor quality, products not like the picture and due to bad packaging, the bag I ordered had lost its shape, found it difficult to contact customer service.
The clothes were all most perfect no smell true to size looks like the pics all that. Shipping was wayyyy to long. That was my only issue.

Good Afternoon I thought I would try to order an outfit for my birthday and a few quick outfits for my birthday weekend. Well my Birthday was April 27th and none of the order arrived. I still waited just in case and still nothing. So I went out and brought different outfits from the local stores. I didn't want to wear what everyone else had on. As of today I still haven't received the merchandise and now I'm rather disappointed and over online orders. I would like to know how to I get a full refund or do I need to contact my credit card company and report fraudulent transactions. I don't want to do so, I just would like a refund. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Clothes are poorly made. Come all creased and look tatty. Took over a month to come and wasn't worth the wait.
The size of. Some clothes doesn't fit the charts. I'm small and the shirt I've got looks like a large.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
