This is my second time ordering (linen pants suit), unfortunately, last month I ordered 2 pant sets that I can't wear they are still in package to return for larger size, awaiting instructions to return. I only intended to order one of each color, instead, your site diverts one to some other place, unable to change once entered prior to submitting order. The quality is great if I get the chance to replace items for 1x. Thanks.

I ordered from ChicMe for the first time, got matching shirts and shoes for myself and my friend. Very surprised at how great the quality is. Shipping was quick enough and everything fit as expected. I'll definitely be ordering again.

I ordered from here to see if it was worth it, I knew it would be cheap clothing but they came already ripped and completely crooked clothes. I asked for a return they kept coming back and forth with no and yes but not total, and then no but they'll give me a discount. I said no then I didn't hear back and when I finally wrote them again they claimed it's been past 14 days so no refunds available. I complained and was firm with my request and then they offered me 20$ coupon to spend next time. What a horrible way to treat customers. I asked to return the clothes and get my money back, they are horrible clothes. They then proceeded to send me to another customer service agent and they said you took too long to answer so now I get nothing and goodbye. I only took a day to reply I might add. Horrible, horrible place, waste of money and quite frankly $#*!ty place to deal with.

Order 4/21/23 and received my order around 5/6 weeks later, so if you want it quickly Don't order it will take a while. I REALLY LIKE THEM.

I ordered 2 dresses they said out for delivery they said delivered but never got them, I contacted them the agreed to resend them. Then one was out of stock. I did get a refund but made the other dress more expensive because of delivery

Over all good. Like the matching stuff. Shipping could be alittle faster. By the time I get the products I had forgotten what I ordered

Big scam, very cheap products and no return, they give you return address and then say we didnt receive it and no refund
