I placed an order on 4/26/2023 and have yet to receive it. I asked to get a refund and then kept saying it has shipped. Still no order a month later but still billing my card as I used Klarna. That too I'll never do.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
