My very first time ordering after contemplating for about a month I was excited because they told me my delivery would be within 7 to 10 days. It has now been over three weeks, cannot track the package because the app that they say use for SFexpress is not working properly as it states on that app, And I am not going to receive my items until after my scheduled trip. I ordered my items weeks in advance at least four weeks in advance so that my items would be here for my trip and I am three days away from leaving for my trip, and my items have not arrived, and I have no clue where they are other than they arrived in New York city over a week ago. I will never order from them again I am very disappointed.

First time I have ordered and both top and bottom arrived with red marks on, which appeared to be bleach stains, tried to report no number and emails are no reply! Tried to engage in online chat without success. So now had to buy dye and going to try and remedy at a cost to me! Disappointed
Horrible when it comes to returns. Some of the clothes are amazing some not so good. They need to be more like SHEIN with returns
The returns are terrible service. Being offered a discount to keep them even if they don't fit. Paying extortionate amounts for a return so ended up selling the item to then having to order a smaller size in the hope that it fits.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
