Despite the large sizes the items were too small and didn't fit. Plan to return for refund

My experience was easy and quick.I've wanted to shop for the cute matching sets that look very office/casual. I eventually actually shipped there when my bf came across the ads. He started sending me links for all the lingerie I purchased that he liked! Unfortunately I forgot all about the matching sets guess I'll have to start another cart.

It took a long time to receive the dress. I missed it for the occasion I bought it for and the communications about status of the dress was spotty but overall it was an okay experience because I love the dress

Only one item was unsatisfactory! Not the quality that I expected! The rest was great!

The clothes are cute, affordable but may be inconsistent when it comes to sizing and material since there is no true description. You also need to be very patient. It took my clothes over 3 weeks to arrive. I'm also not sure of how refunds work and would rather keep the clothes then fight for the refund.

I've was lied to in several conversation that my order was shipped and would received in time for my vacation. Came late and I was disappointed

I sent in so many requests to return the item that I can't fit and know one is getting back to me. I'm trying to talk to a live person but I'm not getting any where, all of my complaints has been on WhatsApp, no response from anyone for 4 days now. Very poor customer service.

It took forever for this order to be delivered. I never received a confirmation or the order and absolutely nothing about shipping status - only until I contacted them.

Loved most items purchased but order took much longer than anticipated compared to last time and I wasn't notified when my purchase was delivered.

This is my first time shopping on this site and is very disappointed.
