Not happy with products and was a nightmare to send back
Messaging back and forth on numerous occasions to try and returns the parcel. After two weeks they finally give me the address to return. Still awaiting refund
Initially I never received an email confirmation. When finally chatting through Facebook the 2nd attempt someone responded providing my confirmation number and status of delivery.
Takes too long for delivery. I ordered it April 30 didn't get it until the end of May to long for delivery. Then some of the product wasn't what I expected.
Was stuck paying for 4 items I couldn't use. Got run around for return ended up settling for at least half my money and throwing out clothe
Several items I purchased did not look they way it did online. All material was thin and made of spandex, no cotton. Even the dresses. This company does everything to keep you from returning the items. They attempt to keep sending messages to allow the time frame to return expire. They want just give you the return address. It took about 8 or 9 days messaging back and forth before they sent the address. Once I finally got it they continued to request information from me that they already had just trying to find ways not to accept the return. Please be cautious when ordering from Chicme. I will not order from them again.
Not good on lm having trouble trying to send the items back. Not sure what all you need me to send. Rules keep changing when I think I sent what you need in order to send me a return label.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
