Just placed an order and it was so quick and easy. Waiting time wasn't that long either considering it was shipped from abroad (I'm in the uk)

It took 6 weeks to receive the order, a bit long for me, I had to email them several times to see if they were going to send my order. Most of the items I ordered was great, but they had a funny smell so I had to wash them to give them a fresher smell. I wanted to return the two blouses because they didn't fit properly and the company gave me a compromise to keep the blouses and give me 10% refund and I countered with keep the items and give me 50% refund and they agreed to my terms which I through was great, but the items don't fit :( so I'll probably give them away.

If you order from this company, expect to keep everything as they will fob you off again and again trying to return your items, it took me 2 weeks to return 2 items, a value of 50,00 pounds and in the end I gave up trying. Having read other reviews I am not the only one to experience this, I will never shop here again, there are other companies on the internet with brilliant returns service. I hope this helps,
Do not even think about ordering from this site. Once you have ordered from ChicMe and wish to return after immediately after receiving, you have to if email a representative and request a return address label. Rather than sending you the label as requested, a representative will respond (via email) stating the they are willing to allow you to keep the items and offer you a 30% discount. So, you turn down the offer (via email) and again, you receive another response (via email) from the representative, again allowing you to keep the items but this time, a 50% discount is offered. While all of this emailing bath and forth is going on, ChicMe is apologizing for the inconvenience but also informing the customer that they hope that this issue can be resolved within the free return fourteen day time period. Since May 30,2023, I have email this company on several occasions, requesting a return label. As of today, June 5,v 2023, I still have not received neither the information nor information regarding the return address. Also, if you do not accept their offer for a percentage discount to keep their clothing, the return of the merchandise will be a the customer's expense.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
