Not good with exchanges wanted to exchange for a bigger size
Took 4 weeks to arrive, it said was ready at warehouse to be picked up and at there for 2.5 weeks I emailed 2 times and said 2-5 days after being shipped and again to more than 10 days to arrive

They don't honor their return policy. They offered me an exchange so I sent the items back because I sent it flat rate and the post office don't weigh they will not send my money back. They gave me a strict deadline to have the product back so I had no choice. They have received the package and told me to pick four items event thought five were sent. Now they did not send me the new items I picked but sent me back four of the items I sent back. This have been going on for over a month and I still haven't received anything it's in processing which has been for four weeks. Don't waste your time. Poor quality clothes and a big SCAM.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
