Not good with exchanges wanted to exchange for a bigger size

Took 4 weeks to arrive, it said was ready at warehouse to be picked up and at there for 2.5 weeks I emailed 2 times and said 2-5 days after being shipped and again to more than 10 days to arrive

Item delivered quickly, good quality, sized correctly

They don't honor their return policy. They offered me an exchange so I sent the items back because I sent it flat rate and the post office don't weigh they will not send my money back. They gave me a strict deadline to have the product back so I had no choice. They have received the package and told me to pick four items event thought five were sent. Now they did not send me the new items I picked but sent me back four of the items I sent back. This have been going on for over a month and I still haven't received anything it's in processing which has been for four weeks. Don't waste your time. Poor quality clothes and a big SCAM.

Very bad takes to long to get items will not order from here again.

I spent over $100's on 4 dresses 9 weeks ago, and still haven't received my items. I've tried to reach ChicMe, but had no luck. I'd like my money back if I can ever reach anyone!

I have called and tried on the website and can find no way to return/exchange the items.

I have no problems ordering items. Saw product liked it and ordered it and it was great.

Sizing is all over the place. Quality sometimes good and sometimes bad.

Overall was a good experience and shipped as I expected.

Long delivery time, ordered on May 1st and received items on May 24th. Besides that, clothes are beautiful

My only complaint is that it take a very long time to get your items shipped. The downside was that I don't want to send anything back that I feel is a little too small because it will be fall before I get it back

Good quality! My fault I ordered up a size but didn't need to. My only concern is the skirt length is too long so I have to roll down or tie under breasts. Took 33 days from order to delivery

Waited too long for item to arrive.
The jeans I ordered are far too small, so they're no good to me.
I wouldn't order again from this site, far too much of a faff.

The customer services was great but the clothes wasn't what I thought they would be.

Will not be using Chic Me again. Items were not what I expected.
