I ordered a maxi dress and a pair of sandals. I was especially pleased with the dress. It's beautiful and definitely value for money. The items arrived quickly.
I am pretty sure I engaged with a bot, named, "Wynn." It was like a sick game. First, the policy states that you can return products. So why is it SO DIFFICULT? At first, they tried to convince me to keep the product, I said no. Instead of agreeing to my return, they insisted I keep it and they give me 10% refund, then 30% refund, like they could haggle with me. It kept asking me the same questions over and over again. I (paid for return shipping) and I emailed the returned tracking the product and could see it had been delivered over a week ago. I sent the tracking number 3 times and confirmed the product I had returned 3 times. Then it replied and asked, so you are returning 3 items? It was a total mind $#*!.I am still waiting for my refund. Don't take the risk.
Shipping took a month to arrive. Must have been on a slow boat from China! But clothing items were worth the wait. Actual colors are not a bright as shown in photos.

This was my first purchase with this site and it's definitely my last. Tried to return an item that didn't fit good and went through a negotiation process with customer service that kept offering me a percentage refunded and keep the item, this went on for days which caused no time for the return window.
I didn't know this comes out of the USA. It took approximately a mouth to receive but it was well worth the wait. The products looks good on and better in person than online.

The dress isn't great, too tight on the bottom. I felt like it was not as sparkly as the photo indicates. I'm a size 12 hourglass shape but it didn't fit me well and it was disappointing.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
