Good received parcel was kept informed when it was arriving

*******I purchased some short sets when I got them I didn't like them at all. I emailed them asking do they send a return label. They don't so I asked them to send the address for me to return the items. It took a week before they responded. They want me to get a tracking number and send them a copy which I did. They was responding to my email in another language (NOT ENGLISH) Then they said the attachment was to large, then they said it was to blurry. I have been trying to get my refund for two weeks. As of today they have not refunded my money back to my account. VERY UNHAPPY BUYER

Material completely see through washed it shrank to half size!

Ok it was OK to only purchase two items. What address does not look like the picture to me I don't even know if I will ever wear it or not. I might wear the earrings if I find something that will go with it but overall I don't think I would have a purchase something like this again from you are

Easy to register and use, delivery takes a little bit longer but the clothes are good quality and true to size.

I bought an outfit for an all white event. First of all the material felt like thick foam on top of it, the sleeves were too tight. It didn't fit around the arms. I've been trying to return it for a refund but I've been getting the run around, They offered to return 10% of my money and I declined, then 25% and on and on it goes. They finally told me they will give me half of my money and to keep the outfit and give it away. SMH! Like WTH There was no return address given to me for me to return my purchase.,So I'm out of my own money to go elsewhere and purchase. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im so angry. I run a blog with over 20k followers and I will be putting them on blast. They are scammers! BUYERS BEWARE!

This is a cute bathing suit but the bottoms are too small. I'm ex-l. I ordered one x-L and one L. The L too fits well but the bottoms are to small. The XL top is way too big and the bottoms are tight. I'm 5'4 200 lbs but very fit

Trying to return these items are ridiculous. You have to message the company through what's ap or messenger. They only reply at 2 am with one automated reply. Every day they would only respond once. You only have 2 weeks to do a return after purchase but they don't return bathing suits

I ordered multiple items and was not happy with any of them. Nothing fit. I followed the size chart but everything was tight and small! And they were cheaply made. The flipflops were my size but I could not get my foot totally on the shoe because the thong was not in the right place. There was a lot of room at the top of them in front of my toes but I couldn't push my toes forward because of the thong strap. So my heel was hanging off the shoe. Also they were paper thin and stiff like cardboard - no padded rubber sole. The beach towel was also very thin and it was the size of a small bath towel! Nothing was as advertised. Very different in person. I'm very dissatisfied and would like to Return all the items. I won't be buying from Chic Me again.
