*******I purchased some short sets when I got them I didn't like them at all. I emailed them asking do they send a return label. They don't so I asked them to send the address for me to return the items. It took a week before they responded. They want me to get a tracking number and send them a copy which I did. They was responding to my email in another language (NOT ENGLISH) Then they said the attachment was to large, then they said it was to blurry. I have been trying to get my refund for two weeks. As of today they have not refunded my money back to my account. VERY UNHAPPY BUYER

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
