I asked to return items that I purchased as the were to big. Some ripped and wrong colour, while order was a mess. But was told no. I'll give you points I'll give you 10% of purchase price. After several attempts to return items. I gave up. Now I'm stuck with these horrible clothes and had to pay for them I will be taking this further. Your company is a joke

The only thing I'll say is I wish it came faster! It took 3ish weeks. Give or take. I'd definitely order something else. Actually I think I will tonight

Pictures on-line are different from fabric material upon arrival. Hard to tell material and good quality fabric from pics. Writing a review with get you a computer generated standard email and not a live person. Attempting to return items is literally and "Act of Congress!"

I love my outfits. And they are true to size. And very comfortable. I bought all three colors with the lines threw them and look nice on me. I was shocked. And the prices are really good. Will be getting more soon.

Horrible experience. I bought items that when arrived was totally different in look and material than what was on the site. I contacted the company for a return the same day I received the shipment it took 2 days to receive a response and when the offered me 10% return. I said no just want to return. They went back and forth in increasing the percentage but took days in between to respond then finally they said it's past the 14 day return policy. Can't help you no return or any money back. It's A SCAM Dont order from them. There are so many other sites like Shein. Don't bother with Chicme.

Shoes are horrible. Do not order. They are very cheaply made, and the fabric for the shoe inside canvas.
