I could not retrieve my order number so it's impossible to return

This company has some nice-looking items but none of the four items I purchased fit. All the mediums were too big except one was too small. I asked for a return address for a refund and all they want to do is give me a credit for future purchases which will never happen. I wouldn't buy a dog collar from this company. Buyer beware!

Don't do it, you'll regret it. Return policy is ridiculous. They will ask you to keep the items and give you 10% off. If you say no they just come back and try to give you more off

It was easy to shop online. It took a few weeks to receive order but was kept informed.

All three of my outfits were cute. I had no complaints, but they ran extremely small and I wear XLG. It fit more like a medium, so I couldn't return any of my outfits and I can't wear them.

It makes me feel good about myself that I'm able to do what I've always loved and that's shopping for myself.

I wanted to take two pairs of shorts back I didn't like the quality they were see through white. There is no easy way to get ahold of customer service - only email and it takes days for them to get back to you. They will not offer to take them back and give you what you paid. They say things like we will give you 10 percent back and you can keep the items and give to someone else. It's ridiculous and they only have a 2 week policy for returns - but they barely get back to you by email before the 2 week window is closed - which I think is on purpose.

Poor quality of shoes and clothes. Delivery was too long.

So far so good! I've only placed one order but the clothes are nice and shipping is reasonable. I'll continue to shop here.

Ordered 2 medium sized tops, 1 medium fits great, other top although labelled medium is definitely an XXL

I purchased 3 items, I was dubious at first. When I received my items, I was very impressed with the packaging and quality of the items. I have since sent in a second order and can't wait to receive them. If these are equally as good, I will order more

The ordering of the item was easy and the price was good. However, the sizing was small and the material was thin. Underwear was visible from the back. Very disappointed
