This company has some nice-looking items but none of the four items I purchased fit. All the mediums were too big except one was too small. I asked for a return address for a refund and all they want to do is give me a credit for future purchases which will never happen. I wouldn't buy a dog collar from this company. Buyer beware!

I wanted to take two pairs of shorts back I didn't like the quality they were see through white. There is no easy way to get ahold of customer service - only email and it takes days for them to get back to you. They will not offer to take them back and give you what you paid. They say things like we will give you 10 percent back and you can keep the items and give to someone else. It's ridiculous and they only have a 2 week policy for returns - but they barely get back to you by email before the 2 week window is closed - which I think is on purpose.
Poor quality of shoes and clothes. Delivery was too long.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
