I placed an order with chicme and there wasn't any issues up until the last order as of June 13,2023. Which is one outfit was missing from the package. The package that was missing was Plus Size Faith Geometric Print Bell Sleeve Top & Pants (LPU3715CA5-bw-2XL). It was addressed to your organization in every possible manner on numerous occasions. Up to this day there was no resolution to solve this matter. There was not even an invoice/receipt even enclosed in the package at all, All I got was a plastic bag with a lot of tape on it and the 3 outfits out of the four. A listing invoice or receipt should have been included….that's business ethics and common sense. I prepaid for the order in advance on my account and with my hard working earned money. There was not even refund of the remaining offered for the missing item
