If you want people to review you must not require them to complete all sections. I bought several items and rated most of the the 5s I should not have to name the review or add comments. The items that I wanted to add title and comments too are likely not to be seen because the requirement to label everything.
Overall the service was good. It's difficult to shop online when you can't try it on. I bought 6 items and only 1 fit me. They were all the same size in a small but some I would take a medium and 2 others in a large and 1 wouldn't fit in the boobs if I took a xxxL. I did return the items at my expense. I was offered to keep the items at a 30% discount but what would I do with clothes that don't fit so I returned them. I didn't get a refund yet so I can't comment on that. "maybe next time" From now on I will look at loose fitting clothes and it should be ok!
Goods weren't a good fit. I requested a refund but was asked to keep them snd give them to a friend and only receive a small % of what I paid. I wasn't happy and won't be ordering from this company again
Took a long time to recive my parcel came after what i needed it for then only have 14 days to return, im just over that and there was no service from them at all just a message to say passed 14 days, have a nce life is what it actually said:-(

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
