I didn't like the outcome with the dress I order. I was not able to get in contact with anyone and messenger kept forwarding the same message over and over again. When I finally got a reply they did not want to give me a full refund for the dress. Although I feel as if other items can be ordered I am choosing not to. When I spend my money twang quality products and service. The issue with the dress could have been resolved better and I won't be ordering again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
