I paid £15 for a dress I ordered plus £5 for delivery. The dress was too small so had to return it. I was given a label to do this and was told I would be given a full refund. When I looked to check -I was only given £10.20p back and was told they had taken return postage off me meaning I had paid £20 out and got £10 back. I was disgusted and will never order again in case it has to be returned.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
