Purchased a pair of sandals which are about 3 sizes to small I'm a 3 my daughters a 2 and they don't even fit her, ChicMe expect me to pay to send them back even though they are about 3 sizes to small not my fault. Never will I shop here again

I received everything but the necklace. The customer service department insinuated that I lied about not receiving the necklace. The necklace was only a couple dollars. Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
