Not as nice as the item advertised cheap plastic with cheap glues chain design on front that peeled off
I received everything but the necklace. The customer service department insinuated that I lied about not receiving the necklace. The necklace was only a couple dollars. The product is great, the service not so great. I placed quite a few orders prior to this and will not be ordering from them in the future.
