Bought 2 bikinis from ChicMe over 2 months ago. $50 was taken out of my account straight away. But I never received any kind of order confirmation from the website.
I have tried to login to my account to see my orders - however there are no orders to be seen. So I thought maybe I used a different email address when I purchased the item. Every time I ask for a 'forgot my password ' email- it says email sent. But I never receive one!
I have sent several emails asking what the problem is and when I am to receive my items. But have never had a reply.
I'm going on holiday in April and that is what I bought the bikinis for! So the fact that I ordered them in Jan and they still haven't arrived is extremely frustrating!
This company has terrible customer service and they have tried to overcharge me three times on the same purchase nearly tripling that value (sales, shipping fees and coupons included) and they haven't tried to assist me properly at all so my bank caught onto Credit Card fraud, I had to cancel it and cut it up and now they are marked as high risk by the 4th Largest bank in the world (FNB) and considered an unreliable spam site and I tried to defend them but the bank wouldn't have it and right now I don't blame them. Disgusting all round!
Oh and shipping is far from free World wide Because apparently South Africa doesn't fall into planet earth... T's and C's anyone?
I have been blocked on Facebook but now you have pushed my hand and I shall continue to mark you as spam, report you to further banks, expose you on more social media and continue to take this matter on through my friends and their voices and I have about 800 and the world shall spread like wildfire and South African's would soon spread it and then surprise surprise word of mouth spreads fast with technology.
This is highly unacceptable and I will continue to fight this as you do immaturely and unprofessionally. My name is one to remember until some clarification will be sorted out around here and I demand help and respect after the demeaning way in which you have treated me as a customer about 3 times! People have noted my comments and liked it so I will not be alone in this, you probably even use child labour too so I will take this on so far because you have disrespected me and faaaaaar too many other women already! And seeing as it is women's month my celebrations will be far greater than your special prices that don't even begin to be accounted for in the first place. This is a fraudulent company, I shall do research into your work ethics and discover how the work place is run and out you all!
Don't order from this site i ordered a jumpsuit two weekes ago and i called FedEx to see did they have it and they said the order number and tracking number is not one of theirs so I just got scammed for my money
I wanted to order an item from this site and after an hour of looking through I saw a model from a UK online clothing site which I am very familiar with because I am a frequent shopper. The model was in the same item on this site as she was on the UK online site.
All the reviews are true! The worst experience ever. Cheap fabrics, cheap quality. I ordered something and it took over a month to be delivered and it was wrong. They won't refund or even replace it. They said they'd give me 20% refund or I can pay to ship it back to china ($60) and they would refund my money but not the shipping.
Please dont order! Its a cheap online Chinese clothing trust all these reviews its a waste of money they never confirm orders shipped cause they dont ship them

We placed an order for a few iteems and when we after a week asked for a confirmation for the order they claimed that they already sent us one. Then we told them time after time that we did not get one and got the same answer each time...:-(
We paid through PayPal and when that was done they tried to get our login to PayPal as well.

I am unable to contact Chic Me using the *******@chicme.com, the number listed is a number in London I am in the US. I was charged for my order but have only received 1 top and in addition they have maintained my cc number on the site and I cannot find a way to remove it.
I went to the chicme.com website after I saw their advertisement on Facebook. I saw a few things that interested me but since I've been scammed by Chinese online boutiques before I decided to check the reviews first. After reading the reviews I opted not to shop with them... HOWEVER, IMMEDIATELY AFTER VISITING THEIR SITE I STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH MY PHONE (AND STILL AM). Last week I received a notice that said it was from IOS/Apple stating that my phone had been compromised and for a fee they could clean my phone. The notice that came through my phone like an alert, had a lot of grammatical errors. I think that the website is solely intended to infect your phone so they can turn around AND CHARGE YOU TO UNDO WHAT THEY DID. Do not visit the website, do not use ur credit or debit cards there, and warn ur friends!
I ordered 8 items in november, 3 items showed up in January! Very low quality crap! Jeans didnt even have a button hole! Said size small, actually a large! Dont waste your money and time!
There's no way to write a review on their website and I think that's no accident. It's a crappy site, prices are high, and products are thin. My advice: stay away!
I bought the bikini they advertised on Facebook and instagram. The coulor was supposed to be a beautiful turquoise and when I received it, the colour and pattern had nothing to do with the one of the picture. It looks ugly and the quality is very poor. Don't buy from them!
I was supposed to receive my order on feb 5th. I contacted them twice. First they said it was out of stock.the second time they said it takes 25 days for delivery! And they sent me two different tracking numbers. Mind you there is no way to track your order. Lesson learned, never again! Save your money everyone

Very poor quality. The fabric was extremely thin and one of my shirts had holes in the back. Took almost a month to receive what I ordered. Never again. Buyer beware
Items are not the greatest quality. Returns are a headache so they will offer partial credit. The end result you pay for something that you can not wear or sale. Poor customer service. AVOID THEM
I have had exactly the same experiences as all of below.
Customer Service at Chic M is rock bottom. As soon as you ask for exact fact about your order they either answer with information that is different every time (ID nmbrs and shipment companies), or they block you.
However, when I wanted pymnt back instead of items, this worked effectively since I had used PayPal as payment.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
